Bethesda, a leading healthcare provider, announced that Sam Quam has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Quam will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the organization, including skilled nursing, housing, quality excellence, supply management, purchasing, and customer service.
Quam brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having previously served as an administrator with the organization. His educational background in healthcare leadership, combined with his experience as a nursing home administrator, makes him well-suited to lead the operations team and ensure that Bethesda continues to deliver high-quality care to its residents.
“I want to express my gratitude to all of you,” Quam said. “As I reflect on my time as administrator, I feel blessed to have been given the chance to lead our team. The incredible work that happens here every day makes a positive impact on the residents we care for. As I transition to my new role, I wanted to make sure all of you know how thankful I am for getting the opportunity to serve you. I am excited to serve Bethesda in my new role as VP of Operations.”
Quam’s promotion comes as Bethesda continues to expand its operations and enhance its reputation as a leading healthcare provider in the region. The organization is committed to providing exceptional care to its residents, and Quam’s experience and leadership will be instrumental in achieving this goal.
“We are pleased to promote Sam to this important leadership position,” said the CEO of Bethesda. “He has been an integral part of our team, and we are confident that he will excel in his new role. His experience and expertise will be invaluable as we continue to grow and expand our operations, and we look forward to working with him to deliver the best possible care to our residents.”
Quam’s appointment is effective immediately, and he will begin his new role as Vice President of Operations at Bethesda.
