Sunrise Village Independent Living has 55 beautiful apartments for those age 62 and older who want a high level of independence combined with security and freedom from the responsibilities of yard work, snow removal and maintenance.

Bethesda Centennial Square Independent Living

Centennial Square has 40 beautiful apartments, each approximately 540 square feet, developed to meet the growing need for income-based senior housing. Residents must be at least 62 years old and meet specific income guidelines. Centennial Square was built with funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Section 202 supportive housing project for older adults.
