Caregivers often don’t recognize the symptoms of stress that they are experiencing. You might feel that you are the only one dealing with a loved one who requires special care. You might feel sad that your loved one is in need and confused about your new role as a caregiver. You might also be dealing with siblings or other family members who criticize you or do not share in caring for your loved one.
