Are you interested in a fulfilling career in senior care? Bethesda’s Scholarship Program offers opportunities exclusively to our team members to grow their skill set through continued education at
little to no-cost.
At Bethesda, we care about our team and want to be a part of their growing success. Qualified candidates for the scholarship program meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Actively employed at Bethesda’s skilled nursing facility
- Average 24 or more hours worked per week throughout the semester the scholarship is applied
- An employee of Bethesda for at least three (3) months prior to application
Student Loan Payback Program
Bethesda is proud to promote professional development among its team. To recognize this, we are excited
to offer a ‘Student Loan Payback Program’ to our eligible team members.
Eligibility Requirements for the ‘Student Loan Payback Program:
- LPNs and RNs
- Social Workers
