Willmar, MN – We are thrilled to announce the grand reopening of the Current Trends Christian Giftshop at Bethesda, now under new management and sporting a fresh, new name! We invite the community to join us for this special celebration on Friday, September 20th, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The event will feature a Passing of the Key Ceremony and Blessing at 11:00 AM at the gift shop’s location inside of Bethesda Grand, near Brother’s Bistro: 901 Willmar Ave SE, Willmar, MN 56201.
Visitors can explore a beautifully revitalized space filled with exciting new items from local vendors, including unique Christian gifts, fresh flowers, homemade cards, and more. As an added treat, guests can enjoy 10% off all fall drinks at Brother’s Bistro with proof of purchase from the gift shop on the day of the event.
More than just a store, the gift shop plays an important role in our community. The Bethesda Foundation proudly operates the shop, with all proceeds going directly to the Residence Life Fund, supporting and enhancing the lives of Bethesda residents.
“What started as an idea has grown into something so meaningful for our residents, team members, and the community,” shared Karen Marcus, Bethesda Foundation Board member and volunteer. “It’s a passion of mine to bring joy and brighten the daily lives of those at Bethesda, and the gift shop is an important part of that.”
The shop is currently raising funds to purchase Christmas gifts for all Bethesda residents across all campuses. Every purchase has a direct and positive impact on the lives of those we serve.
